If you wish to start printing part way down a sheet of labels, or adjust the margin size for the sheet of labels, select the Control tab at the top of the Print dialog

The start position may be set by entering the numbers in the Start printing at boxes, and any margins required may be set by entering the values in millimetres in the Adjustment margins boxes on the right.

Now push the OK button and your labels should print.
