If you receive an error while downloading

A common complaint is that the download fails, and the most common cause of this is that the temporary internet files folder on the downloading machine has become full.

Try emptying the Temporary Internet Files folder by selecting Internet Options within Internet Explorer and pushing the Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet Files section. Then try downloading again.
