Barcode Reporter is suitable for GS1-13, GS1-8, GS1-128, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar, and Interleaved 2 of 5 symbols only.

System Requirements

Barcode Desk requires Windows XP (service pack 2 or later), Windows Vista or Windows 7.

In addition the following items are required for the components of Barcode Desk:

Barcode Reporter requires a flatbed scanner for acquiring images of printed barcodes with an scanning resolution of at least 1200 dpi (2400 dpi recommended).

Byte Reporter requires a barcode scanner with either a serial port interface or with a USB interface and a serial port emulator (serial port emulator drivers for many barcode scanner are available from the manufacturer's web site). The barcode types decodable by Byte Reporter are dependent on the scanner.

Label Printer requires a Windows supported printer capable of printing graphics. We recommend laser or thermal printers with a resolution of at lease 300 dpi (600 dpi recommended).
